Just like you pointed out, Dem or Repulic both will continue the deficit spending policy, because it has the least short term political risks, and most politicians are after short term interests. Deficit spending will garantee an inflation, which will support higher and higher POG.

Immigration policy will not change the main theme of the economy policy, thus will not have noticeable impact on POG.

Since you buy all rick lake players, you are well balanced, imho. The only thing you may need do is to fine tune the ratio, giving the most fast horse the most bet money. I see skp will have the largest increase ratio in 1-2 yrs with it's 50% control of the land. sgr could be the no.1 too, if their mgmt focus more on marketing and IR. JMT and good luck.
