San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
My opinion is that there is something big happening. It may not be an offer from a major, however could be somebody about to take a substancial position in the company. Quite often you will see a major come in and take a position in the form of a bought deal in order to advance the project a little more quickly so they know what the potential value is before making an offer. There is also the potential that a big fund is going to step in and take a big position with some help from Dundee. If niether of those is in the cards, I am quessing that there may be some more jv's or possibly weddings on the greens. A few clues lately that may or may not be related, however are open to speculation (guessing). 1)SGX spins off. 2)Mysterious sugar daddy buys $1m in WEL at premium 3)SKP reduces the FT portion of their financing and increases the regular common shares substantially and sells out quickly. 4) deep west has massive sulfides with abundant visible gold 5) 007 6)apparent lack of news 7) Both SGR and SKP list on OTC pinks 8) NY NY . I could probably think of more events in the last two months, however that's enough to keep me guessing.
