It is interesting that "IR" is now saying 1400 feet. They started at 1100, then went to 1200, and now the suggestion is 1400. I would then assume that they have been trying to acheive a certain target from the hinge. Possibly just enough to meet the magic 3 million ounces. Maybe that is why we have had the delay for the last 3 months. Only guessing.
