Seems to me we've all forgotten that when small Cos attract the attention of the "heavy hitters" on Bay or Wall the rules all change and "games" are played, not necessarily in the best interest of Joe common SHer!

The actions of these Preditors is often ugly. and outside the perview of morality. but it happens all the time and consequently should be of no surprise to anyone!

IMHO. management of this CO has already lost control. Money talks, B.S. walks! The money is on Bay. Their self-appointed options may have been to spite their "handlers!" Or conversely . . . !

If SAN holds a quarter of the wealth most here believe it does the target on its back is the height of th CN tower and our "major" SHer has hit several Bull's eyes over his amasing 30 to 40 year career of monetising Canada's major gold discoveries!

Manipulation of SP is only one of the tools!
