My understanding at the 2008 AGM was that they already had what was required to complete a 43-101 at that time, which would subsequently get them on the on the TSX - the only thing left to be done was get a non-insider director, which was done.
The hinge was discovered shortly afterward and the 43-101 was delayed so its resources could be included.
As an exploration company, you expect to keep adding to your findings as you keep drilling, so if the reason for postponing the 43-101 (and therefore the TSX listing) is that you want an up to date report of your findings, it theoretically should never happen until all the gold has been found, which in this district could be a (thankfully) very very long time. In the meantime, expectations increase in step with those findings.
So it begs the question from a strategic standpoint, why is it any more timely to release the 43-101 now than it would have been a year or two ago? If I fully understood that, I wouldn't need to read this board any more (other than for the entertainment value).
