To begin with you offer scant evidence that the reason Mr. Goodman and his cabal want to keep things the way they are which is ostensibly because they want to increase their holdings at the expense of the little players. Should be easy enough to check: For how long have they owned 37% of the float? How does this percentage compare to say a year ago? If their position is indeed increasing it would add credence to your arguement.
