Might have been a lot of short covering after the tide turned a little. I am not a trader, however with all of the different scenarios that could play out, I would not want to be short Gold over a weekend. I am not going to get too excited yet, however I will be taking a nice deep breath just in case the Comex manipulators shove my head under water again on Monday.
