We know India bought 200 tons(some of which was rumoured to be tungsten) and I heard Sri Lanka bought 10 tons. Has anybody heard who bought the rest. I have been googling and can't come up with an answer. Back in November I was speculating that the Crimex boys were somehow going to get their hands on it as they were short about 195 tons. Did I miss something or is the recent short covering being backed by IMF gold.

Just curious where did it go?
