I wonder if Raymond James is related in any way to this minor oversight?
"San Gold also wishes to announce a correction to its news in Stockwatch Jan. 22, 2010, announcing the issuance of 3,125,000 incentive stock options to purchase its common shares, exercisable at $3.45 per common share, to approximately 48 directors, officers, employees and consultants of San Gold. The actual number of options issued by San Gold on Jan. 22, 2010, was 4.25 million. All other information regarding the issuance of the options remains correct."
How is that you can lose track of 1.125 options?
