There are avenues of discussion open to you on this other issue, which is clearly very important to you. This forum is not one. Staying on topic is what has made this Board worthwhile and insightful. We all know how a Board can fail. Please respect this Board's mandate. It is crucial that we continue to benefit from on-topic contributions of the many who have so much knowledge and who have helped me and others understand very complex issues.
