1.6 previous 43-101 then we have 1.6 now, so we should be 3.2

I have no idea how you got to 4.6? but no worries we will get there one day.

Keep in mind that the new 43-101 is only for a part of sgr, if they did a full 43-101 it would be much higher, probably closer to your 4.6 number.
