As the TMX still views Goodman as an insider, certain non aggregate holders selling show up as insider transactions. There was 1 insider buy yesterday for 100k shares and 146 transactions on the sell side for 342k shares. Since management is not selling, I would assume it is one of Goodman's desks.
As far as transaction go, Dundee had 1 cross go through yesterday for a 100k and between houses 27 & 52, there were about 150 sell transactions.
So in the world of share price management, Goodman can sell down the stock to a price through one desk where other larger transactions can take place through the non aggregates to lock up more votes for what is essentially one beneficial owner.
