Certainly appreciate the efforts of th Dim Sum crowd! You've no doubt got soy sauce on your collars, ties, pants, and jackets but the smells, flavours, and tastes no doubt made it all worth while!

Sounds like the smells, flavours, and tastes at the SAN booth didn't equal those of the Dim Sum!

Reading "between the lines," IMHO, would relate very closely to reaching for an empty plate of deep fried chicken feet! You know there is more coming, just not when, or whether the next batch will even service the palate!

Sounds more like the SAN crowd was serving chicken sheet not chicken feet! The "show prices" tend to support this premise.

Traps, at the first opp maybe sit the SAN crew around a Dim Sum table and demonstrate the difference! (Ie, between the chicken's feet ande chicken's sheet!)

Having attended many gold shows I've had my fill of the latter! (Sheet not feet!)
