The dismissed, deep west findings, at the PDAC could have been a little humor by SG management at the forum's expense. If I were management I'd be laughing at this. If this weren't a joke , then, keeping a low profile to avoid an unwanted offer makes sense. However, what suitor of SG could possibly have missed the news release in October about the deep west, massive sulphides ?
If management, however, has intentionally, decided to downplay the importance of the deep west findings, then maybe, they have good reasons to do so. And what could there be in holes 60 and 61 ? You can be sure those cores have had detailed visual inspection. Maybe there is nothing to this, and nothing grossly obvious in the cores - - - - - -however, is it remotely possible, that management thinks we are approaching Big Kahuna time in the deep west ?
