I spoke with Dale for about twenty minutes. To summarize:

- Deep West is not at the top of the radar for SGR. Dale feels that the results from 26 and 28 level, as well as from 007, are more significant and they are following up on those. Deep West is at least 3rd in terms of exploration target importance.

- That being said, they need to develop the Deep West area to accommodate more drilling. The inital cores were from a very bad position. The oft spoken about results are being analyzed by the management team to allow them to make a decision on how to proceed, and their significance.

- He agrees that the Deep West results 'may' be a significant clue in hunting down the 'pencil'.

- They are working towards drilling the main fold from underground via the Deep West area. It doesn't appear that thay will be throwing a drill into surface level at the main fold in the near future.

- An overall 43-101 for the entire San Gold property will be released this year sometime. He was not willing to provide hard dates.

- Again, drills into SKP property soon. SKP is operator, so it's they who are driving the drilling on the JV Property.

- 007 is looking really good.

- The other side (north side) of the fold looks interesting and they will be following up on that sometime in the future

- The production #'s as per my previous post are accurate.
