FT PP progress?

Does anyone know the progress of the flow-through pp? is it fully subscribed?
It said in the NR: "Closing of the offering is scheduled to occur on or about March 26, 2010"
Im assuming we wont here anything till this is closed so hopefully it closes on the 26 then we get a bunch of good news next week including CF positive, listing on TSX and all the good stuff. I know i am being far to optimistic but still hoping for the best.
