All of the board got 250K new options at $3.45, the cheap ones were exercised by Boulay, Shearer , Ginn and Wynn to make room for new options which were issued to BofD plus Ian Berzins and CFO Gestar. Tells me they're preparing for the next run up.
Full NI 43-101, Annual report and finanacials and news on drilling should be good. TSX listing obviously isn't a big priority with the board.
