The 12,000 oz for Q4 is certainly encouraging, though is still only on a ~50,000 oz/year pace.

I agree, however it will depend on if they were improving month over month. Example 3,000 in Oct. 4,000 in Nov. and then 5,000 in December. Looking at the grades through the mill we had .44 for the hinge initially and that seems to have settled in at .39. Doesn't sound like much of a difference, however every gram adds up.
