I know my mistake in the past was that I would see a production number from the mill and would go with it. What I learned later is that the movement of ore from the stopes to the mill is the hardest part. Often they would shut the mill down and stockpile ore so they could run efficiency tests on the mill. That is where we have seen some of the better numbers, however after several days of 800 tons per day they run out of material. I am now only using production numbers from the stopes and will ignore any numbers from the mill (except oz per ton and percent recovery)
