I am fairly certain that Agoracom may have a case against the individual or perhaps even Stockhouse. I never worry about what other people say about my Avatar as it is merely a fictionl character that is being slagged. My comment about sharing a lawyer was to defend ourselves against the OSC that is closing in on us. lol
