Looks like Agoracom has some emenies in high place that don't like individual small investors to band together and share information. Agoracom is the one place that has allowed pro and con to be posted as long as the comments are relevent and not slanderous or malitious... unlike stockhouse

I think stockhouse has been on the other end of the scale allowing bashers to rule the day and post BS with impunity. The companies having to take legal action against individuals ... while the exchange sits on their azz.

BNN does the same thing... I distinctly remember the Stars and Dogs bashing Teck corp when it was in the $4-5 range.... Andrew Bell saying it was a POS with no value.... He still thinks he is some kind of market guru... But I think he is a prime basher of Canadian stocks and markets... maybe those roots to the parent US intrestes.

The "bad oil sands" and comments about Syncrude being the bad company equivilant as in Avitar..... Who's intrests are those comments serving.... The big media has a motive as well.... be it directly from funds etc or governments. Puting a lable on Canada's oil sands is of national intrest to Canada and to the United States .... and a lable would enable the building of a green grid in the US via transfer of carbon credits directly to the companies involved in that infrastructure. The US would love to have a long term source of cheap oil...Just like how they have enjoyed a long term supply of cheap wood. This has come at Canada's expense. The US has learned a lot in over the decades of softwood lumber and Hydro desputes.

This last recession has been a media lead event form day one, the instant information spawning the fear and greed within our society.

I find it odd that all of a sudden Agoracom warrants investigation and stockhouse, BNN and the pump email services are all OK

Why hasn't the OSC steped on the Horizon Beta pro ponzi plays???? The advertising of those "investments " being very missleading.
