IMHO, management instead of creating ongoing . . . excitement thus driving SP, (and God knows in the last year and a half enough excitement has been created through the drill!) they have through their Masters/Mentors/IR continually "pi$$ed on our brains" creating a block of confusion our grey matter is unable to work through! Thus the impasse!
As SHs we don't know whether to "sell ($hit!) or steal second!!"
