From what I have gathered over the last while is the fact that options have to be excercised within a timeline. It is then treated as income and taxes must be paid. I know what you are saying Ruf, It would give common shareholders much more confidence if those in the know were willing to put off any personal gain and hold multi million dollar positions until a takeover. I am sure they possess more options and at the speed we are developing the mine they will have opportunities to pick up a few more. The good news for us is they are getting options granted at much higher prices than $0.38 , in fact I think the last batch granted to 4 directors was at $3.45. We will not see them excercised until we are firmly above $5.00 IMHO
