Quarterly should be due soon,

to fulfill the TSX-V they are due end of month but to fulfill the TSX requirements they are due mid month, basically on the 15th, im not sure if its exactly that day. But i anticipate they want to hit the TSX deadline as they are in process of getting listed.

I suspect cash flow positive is gonna happen this quarter and that announcement will happen very soon and that is the result of all this high volumne upswing trading.

PLus not being to far away from a tsx listing will help. We will be over 5.00 in the next 60 days. Hopefully it will sustain above those prices.
