sgr is the best buy imho. The risk with area play, is that VG is very, very difficult to discover. In the last 15 yrs, only GG and rmx found VG in red lake, and only sgr found VG in rice lake. What if in the next 5 yrs wel/skp gets no VG, then the money on them would be better put on sgr with a more sure yearly 30%+ growth. JMT.
