If you look at the pdf on page 4 of the news release today you will see the L13 extension. This is the first time I have seen a graphic or heard mention of L13 intersecting the main mine at the 16 level. This is more fantastic news as it is more confirmation of the new model. If L13 pans out as a high grade zone with >12gpt we could see mining of this zone sooner than previously expected. Since it is above 26 level it will be another zone to mine above the D-winze. I have no idea how far it is away from current workings, however since mining is easier in an upward direction it would most likely be worth ramping over to the zone. It appears that all of the surface zones all now have a deep extension so I will definitely hang around with my core position until we get news on the Deep East and West and the Emperor. Could they be connected?
