what about a 17,000 share insider sell?

Firstly I have to say I have no idea who is buying one day and then who is selling the next, however one thing I have been looking for is Hugh excercising 750,000 $.38 shares that he has held for (I believe) five years. Everyone else took care of theirs months ago, however I have not seen Hugh convert his yet. I think he has to convert them by this fall or he loses them. At these prices he would have to sell at least 65,000 shares to raise the capital to do the excercise and then depending on his tax bracket he would have to sell at least another 200,000 shares just to pay the taxes. Good on you Hugh for all the hard work and for giving me the opportunity to invest in SGR and make a ton of money in the last year.
