According to a post from Premier1 over at stockhouse all the paperwork has been submitted and they are waiting for the TSX to approve the application. Not sure why there are different interpretations but thought it was worth mentioning.

at the end of the day though this is still more an exploration play imo, all I would hope for is that production is the source of financing for more exploration...hoping not to see more dilution, though i suppose that would be echoed by us all. Thanks for the updates.
