Is there any advantage to offering this placement while still on the Venture?

Seems it would have been much easier to get the full 130 million if they could have done it after moving to the TSX - but perhaps that listing could potentially be much further off than we are expecting.

The amount being raised is still quite significant for the advancement of this company, and I'm looking forward to see how many NR's 92 million will get us.
