Short Interest: As of July 16th, there were 3.26 mil shares SGR short. (highest short postion in the past year) I suspect a good chunk of those shs have been covered in the past few days 1) to support the share price 2) make a load of dough.

Amended Insider filing - SGR officer exercies 250k SGR shares on June 18th. He reports he only sold 30k shs (perhaps to pay for the taxes of the option exercise)

Makes an ammendment to his filing on July 19th ( few days after financing news) that.my bad...... I actually sold those shares on the open market in late June @$4.50-$4.60 (couple weeks befiore the Bought deal news)
