San Gold, the company as far as the current going concern it is today has only been around since 2005, less than 6 years. 6 months prior to the amalco in 2005, I recall having a discussion on that other board about arbing GC:SGR. The question was, what will the ratio be post merger and what's the best way to get in on the newco. GC at <15 cents or San Gold <30 cents? The eventual deal was .518GC:1SGR = 1 SGR newco plus GC holders received the eventual Jantry(Merit) dividend.

At this point it doesn't matter because either way you played it, if you were in pre merger and most of 2005 ~ 35 cents, you're up ~1200%. Not bad but I'm more concerned about the next year than the last 6 and as long as the exploration success continues, I expect every 3 months there will be a revision to guidance and yoy the positive trend developing in the quarterly and annual results, will continue.
