Essentially.... SGR could triple / quadruple resource base. However, may take 2-3 yrs.

Development Plans to.... 2013 (slide)

Growth Production Profile slide (007= 15g/t and Hinge = 12g/t)

Essentially.... focussing on exploration vs production = longer term gain = short-term pain.
