First, there need NOT be any common directors, a JV is a bussiness relationship.

IMHO Rick is a leach and been riding the coat tail of SGR since inception, again SGR would be better off with 2 more independent Directors and two less clingons that get cheap options and dump shares with insider privy info.

Would still appreciate Lunchmeat's opinion.

What I care about is our share price, and it sucks !
