San Gold Corporation - one of Canada's most exciting new exploration companies and gold producers.
The bottom fell out end of June, right around the date that the 007 resource revision was internally known, approximately 2 months before the public knew which gave insiders lots of time to adjust accordingly. Maybe even Ned "the largest non aggregate beneficial owner" Goodman decided this would be a good time to get some insurance and go short.
† Source: National Instrument 43-101 compliant technical report dated September 1, 2010 (updated September 8, 2010) entitled "Technical Report Mineral Resources of Rice Lake Project" with an effective date of June 30, 2010 prepared by GeoEx Limited.
In the in between time of the effective date and official release date of September 3, the company managed to raise $85 million issuing paper under the watchful eye of Darth Goodman. That's not chump change considering that Dundee was probably ready to float 30% of the initial $130(150) million and hand picked the instituional participants.
Is it not apparent given the comedy of errors that Goodman controls this company and the share price? Now after hearing the piece about the alleged SKP:SGR ratio from San's pitchman makes this smell even more considering Rick and Arness used to employ similar tactics when they were schilling Marum's pasture.
Hopefully this is a much needed technical breather of the big move from .57 to $5. Fib retracement of this move raises some interesting numbers.
$3.31 is 38.2%
$2.25 is 61.8%
and if anyone is a believer of the golden rule and EW, a Wave 3 1.618 multiple of what may have been Major Wave 1 from .57 to $5 could produce a serious move for the next move up.
I am 100% convinced that this company is a means for a much larger company to make serious dough using leverage to gold aided by a supporting stream of information for a plot already written. I just don't think we're anywhere near the climax but the character development rivals Dickens. Will the antogonist achieve redemption?
