I do believe that this move to the senior board is a pivotal moment in the growth of SGR, however it is not a panacea. I do think most of our problems lately can be linked to the listing process. The ammended 43-101 and the low grades IMHO were due to the need to satisfy the regulators with material facts for the listing. I imagine a lot of management time and effort went into this process and I believe that dispite the critics, Dale has done a good job bringing this "Mining Company" along. Perhaps now that our listing requirements for proven resources and life of mine have been satisfied we can attack those high grade stopes with all the new scoop trams that Traps keeps talking about. Dale, you have proven that you can find gold and now you have proven you can take a dream and turn it into a billion dollar company. Next you need to prove that you can operate a 200,000 opy gold mine. If you think you are up to the task, go for it and you will have my support, however if you do not have the time and energy required for such a big job, it is now time to bring in a operations manager that can take us patient SHers to the next level.
