Not to want to rain on the parade but we must consider the source- FC. We have a collection, it seems, of people who make promises who do not or cannot keep them. It would be grand if I were wrong on this. It will happen, but I have personally been promised by those who should know many things that have not happened, promises that have not been kept, with time schemes that have been outrageously wrong. Let's hope this one turns positive quickly.
