Just in case anyone has not heard about the case before, it should be mentioned that Sangold was not a paid client of Agoracom. As such they would not have any incentive or reason to post on the SGR hub. I believe many of their clients were paying for their services with free shares so the conflict would be if they were pumping and dumping those shares. I believe they also promised a certain amount of activity to clients for their paid service. That is not to say that some Agoracom staff could have been acting on their own, anonymously pumping, dumping, shorting and bashing along with all the active traders and opportunists in the blogosphere.
