I think what Rook is trying to tell you is that this has nothing to do with SGR, the market in general is down, some companies are down 10% (on the venture).
The venture has been hit harder percentage wise and that is the fact of life when you are dealing with commodities.
I saw a news story on Germany forcing austerity measures on Ireland that will see them have 3 more years before they default. That puts Greece and Ireland on the same time frame for the next round of debt default at the same time.
The market is reacting, in some cases over reacting.
The timing of the news story has been unfortunate as it is a wasted opportunity. I won't say buying op as there are many other plays that have more going for them in the short term.
Tough to see, but understandable.
It has forced me to look and see when may be good exit point for this company.
