With few exceptions! (SAN is in red as usual on days like today!)

Unfortunately markets run on emotion. SAN has shown very little for months!

A housecleaning is in order!

Out with the old (starting in Richmond!) and in wth the new! (Offering the markets a story that can be told in a nutshell comunicated in a way that will entice aggressive buyers!!)

The numbers don't/won't speak for themselves!

The truly sad part is that SAN has a great story just fails miserably to communicate effectively!

If Bay is manipulating the price the whole crew should be hung out on the yard-arm!
