Unfortunately for Dale, the decision making reflects poorly on the CEO and the decision to go mining without any money played right into the biggest shareholder's hands. Whether or not it was Hugh or Dale's vision or Rick's shower curtain ring division of sales expertise or even if Fred would have done thngs differently is all water under the bridge. Hopefully the BOD gets an overhaul and the excess baggage gets dropped. IMO the new CEO is the sentiment indicator that wipes the slate clean from all the heavy lifting and growing pains.
