On Monday, January 10th, Dundee hosted its' second annual, Gold Rush Review highlighting
eight precious metals picks. Senior management of each Company presented a half hour
review of their 2010 achievements and aims for 2011. All of the companies with the exception
of Allied Nevada (but including European Goldfields who were unable to present in Toronto)
are presenting in London at our Gold Rush Road Show on January 13th. We believe that these
companies in themselves would form a solid core for a portfolio of small to mid cap precious metal
companies.

OUR INSIGHT:
San Gold has made what are arguably some of the most exciting high grade gold discoveries in Canada in the past couple of years. The company's geologists have redefined many of the ideas on the controls on mineralization at its Bisset, Manitoba property - we expect the new models on gold deposition to not only expand the size of the known zones in 2011 (which remain open in most directions), but to also add new zones of gold mineralization located both near surface and within the deeper portions of the Rice Lake Mine. San Gold has been ramping up production at the mine for the past couple of years, and while the pace may have been slower than the market would like at times, we expect steady improvements over the course of the year to allow the focus to once again be placed on the remarkable exploration success.
- San Gold has made seven high grade gold discoveries at its Rice Lake Mine property in the past five years
- The new 007, L10 and Emperor Zones are expected to be joined with additional drilling, and represent a deposit with a strike length of about 1200m. These zones may be analogous (but higher grade) to the main Rice Lake mine horizon that hosted approximately two million oz of gold.
- San Gold is looking to expand production throughout 2011 to 1250 tons per day through the development of the 007 and L10 zones. The Company is forecasting annual production for 2011 of 85,000 oz of gold
