I have considered buying more, however with SGR spending most of their time in the Easterly direction I get the feeling that the JV is not high on the priority list.

I don't see much upside for SGR in proving up resources next to a potential takeover target. Especially when they're finding all they can handle and more to the East. SKP is clearly attempting to 'ride the coattails', having done absolutely nothing on their own to speak of in the past 5 years. Why would SGR help to move a stationary target?
