Drill results suggest significant reserve/resource upside

San Gold released the results of six holes this morning from their deep exploration drill program

at the 100%-owned Rice Lake Mine. The intersections, which are located up to 1,000m down

plunge and down dip of the near surface 007 and L10 zones, provide further evidence that the features

controlling the high grade zones extend deep into the mine horizon.

Additional drilling over the next couple of years is expected to "join the dots" between the near

surface high grade zones and the deeper intersections, with the likelihood of adding significantly

to the reserve/resource base at Rice Lake.
