Thanks for that link Lunch, it is all now starting to make a little more sense. I have been reading the prospectus and Dundee sure seems to find ways to keep milking the herd. Sooner or later I hope they will put some lipstick on the pig and send her to market.

A majority of the directors and officers of the General Partner are also directors and officers of Dundee Securities Corporation or affiliates thereof. Dundee Securities Corporation (and the other Agents) will receive a fee of 7% for each Unit they sell in connection with this Offering as described under ‘‘Plan of Distribution’’.
