I cann't find the announcement on the closing of the $3.75 placement in April 2011.

They announced it Feb 14, 2011 at $3.75

If they reduced it to $2.75 and never announced an change, there should be hell to pay. That would be very deceitfull of George and the Directors.

Can anyone post the link to the closing, I want to know the number of shares and gross proceeds raised.
