Yes, but there's always an ask as well. All this says is that the asks were higher than $2.64. So what were they set at $2.68, 2.70? What this tells me is that buyers would not pay a little more to buy this stock. I'd feel much better if the asks were set at $3.00. Also let's not forget that the average volume on this stock is just over 800k so today's volume isn't that light.
