Claim just made by an interviewee on Canada AM!

Claimed, "as much as 63% of trading on the TSX is initiated by insiders!" I missed his source but he quoted same in the interview.

Also said, " Fraud is so rampant that small (individual) investors have little chance!"

My question is, "Where do our management and "masters" fit this equation?
