I didn't realize he sold that much. in that case, it does seem significant. I'm not sure what to peg it on but I like Rook's theory that perhaps it's just a change of directors. maybe he's getting out.

Not sure what a takeover would have to do with selling off all share? wouldn't you want to stay in till the takeover is announced to get the most money possible? I'm not sure I want to see a takeover, not unless the price is 5.00. I see this stock getting up there by themselves over the next 12-24 months.
