Mr market is seldom rational for as many reasons as there are equities. IMHO, SAN is proof in the pudding! SAN needs more buyers than sellers (supply and demand) It's as simple as that! When insiders are selling who's left "promoting" the buy side?

Their "excuses" at the ATM for mediocre performance will ring very hollow considering recent sales by board members, regardless of their reasons! (for selling!)

IMHO, SAN's SP is indicative of gross incompetance! (Particularly on the promotional side. It doesn't exist! Dale's notion that the #'s will take care of themselves (without some promo) has in hindsite been a complete failure. (As SP indicates!)

That message to the market is clearly innunciated by today's SP!

It's so obvoius a blind man could see it!

Mr Market's vision is "unimpaired!"
