My Theory

The push to raise SP started two days ago and will result in a decent price for the meeting, June 21. Yesterday the price should have followed gold down but it rose. And it rose today.

If it rises an average of 6 cents each day, not that much for sure and especially with the possibility of news releases, at 30 cents per week it can be over $4.50 by the meeting. And wouldn't that be nice, and not far fetched at all.
